Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation (60%):
  • Managing the Fiverr seller account daily.
  • Responding to 15+ buyer requests/proposals per day.
  • Chatting with potential clients and maintaining a response time under 1 hour.
  • Executing LinkedIn outreach with personalized messages.
  • Building and managing a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Tracking leads in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Sales support (30%):
  • Qualifying inbound leads before passing them to the Founder.
  • Conducting initial discovery calls (after training) or scheduling calls for the Founder.
  • Following up with non-responsive prospects.
  • Assisting in sending proposals (with guidance).
  • Reporting (10%):
  • Maintaining regular sales and lead activity reports.
