Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
  • Sales Strategy & Targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Project Promotion & Presentations.
  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations.
  • Promote residential and commercial projects through events, roadshows, and digital campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Closure.
  • Lead price negotiations and finalize deals.
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and legal teams to ensure smooth closures.
  • Market Research & Analysis.
  • Study local real estate markets, pricing trends, and investment hotspots.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
