Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager at The Image Launchpad, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in sales and has a strong understanding of business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing and mentoring a sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Conducting cold calls and customer visits to generate new leads and close deals
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with potential clients - both individual and Corporate
- Utilizing MS-Excel to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicating effectively in spoken and written English to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
