Business Development Manager(Imports & Exports)

Department: Sales & Business Growth

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Near IFFCO Chowk Metro Station)

Budget: 814 LPA + Incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development professional to lead trade partnerships, expand market reach, and manage high-value client relationships in import and export segments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard credible buyers and sellers for commodity trading.

Develop B2B trade relations with domestic and international partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding.

Participate in trade events and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Required Qualifications

37 years of experience in B2B sales, trade, or agri-commodity exports.

Strong understanding of trade regulations and documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Attributes

Goal-oriented and persuasive communicator.

Ability to thrive in dynamic, growth-driven setups.
