Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving iFranchise's franchise expansion initiatives by identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality franchise partners, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with brands and investors. The role oversees the full sales lifecycle, from lead strategy and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will lead and develop a team of Business Development Associates, set performance targets, monitor outcomes, and uphold a results-driven sales culture.
