Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the B2B sales, based in Raipur. The individual will lead sales and marketing strategies, establish and maintain strong client relationships, oversee account management, and identify opportunities to expand market presence. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing sales campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and drive results
  • Proven ability in Account Management and building client relations
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a leadership role
  • Experience in the agriculture or agritech industry is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
