Responsibilities
- The selected candidates will be designated as Business Development Manager , they will be responsible for guiding the prospective homeowners in their design journey with Truww.
- You will be responsible for facilitating meetings between the Clients and Designers in our Experience Centre.
- You will be responsible to share your accumulated knowledge on Truww's products and services with prospective homeowners.
- Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective homeowners.
- Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of offerings and value proposition.
- Proactively following up with leads and ensuring maximum conversion of leads from the sales stage to the design stage.
- Be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Requirements
- Have an interest in problem-solving and proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home Interiors Sales)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
Work Timing
- Tue-Sun (Monday week off)
- 10:30am - 7:30pm
