Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Superset's campus placement automation software to colleges and universities. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute weekly and monthly lead generation activities
- Prospect and engage colleges and universities within the assigned region
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other appropriate channels
- Schedule and deliver product demonstrations to placement teams and institutional leadership (In Person)
- Identify client requirements and prepare relevant business proposals
- Manage pricing discussions and close sales independently
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and account management
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of total professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Ability to present product value clearly to decision-makers.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is preferred.
