About the Role:
Vmanico Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive business growth, generate new revenue opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring new business in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for IT products and services
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market presence
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, business reports, and follow-up documentation
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in Business Development in the IT industry
- Proven track record of generating business and achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident
- Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, and industry trends
