Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base for HRMS product. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and potential clients - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales and marketing initiatives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs. - Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets. - Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.

Pre-requisites

This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, CIO/IT organization, IT operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales. Having a background of HR Domain or HCM tools or CHRO organization exposure will be a big plus. The associate will be reporting to the Sub ISU Head.Qualifications/Prior Experience - Understanding of enterprise IT operations domain and related area. - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding client relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers. - Self driven, proactive and results-oriented approach to business development. - Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
