The Business Development Manager HRMS Consulting will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the HRMS consulting practice, including new client acquisition, account expansion, and solution-led selling of HR transformation programs.
The role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, HR domain understanding, and enterprise stakeholder management, with the ability to position Darwinbox as a strategic platform for HR digitization, talent transformation, and workforce intelligence.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end sales for Darwinbox consulting engagements: implementations, rollouts, optimization, AMS & HR transformation programs
- Drive new client acquisition and account mining across enterprise & mid-market segments
- Lead consultative conversations with CHROs, HR Heads, CIOs, and business leaders
- Co-create solution proposals blending HR process design, change management & technology
- Partner closely with Darwinbox sales teams on co-sell motions and strategic pursuits
- Build long-term relationships and ensure smooth pre-sales delivery handovers
- Contribute to thought leadership via webinars, case studies, events & market insights
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HRMS platforms & digital HR transformation
- Proven track record in enterprise / consultative selling
- Confidence engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
- Sharp skills in solution articulation, proposal writing & negotiations
- Commercial acumen with value-based pricing mindset
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with Darwinbox or similar platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Background in HR consulting, HR tech, SaaS, or system integration
- Exposure to HR transformation, change management, or workforce analytics
