Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, scale, and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for the assigned region.
  • Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
  • Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
