Are you a growth-driven leader with a strong sales mindset and a passion for building lasting customer relationships At GameNation, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams, all while staying closely connected to our gaming community.
In this role, you'll own the growth pipeline end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and closing deals to mentoring teams and refining sales strategies that scale the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue Strategy: Own and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and unlock new opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Sales Execution: Lead and guide the sales and business development team to achieve targets through structured outreach, follow-ups, and conversion-focused engagement.
- Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term value and repeat business.
- Pipeline & Performance Management: Monitor sales funnels, CRM data, and KPIs to track progress, identify gaps, and optimize performance.
- Process & Strategy Optimization: Continuously refine sales processes, outreach strategies, and negotiation approaches using data-driven insights.
- Training & Mentorship: Coach team members on communication, product positioning, negotiation, and closing techniques to build a strong sales culture.
You're probably a match if you have:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Growth & Customer Mindset: Strong understanding of customer needs with a focus on driving value, conversions, and long-term relationships.
- Language & Tech Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi, with hands-on experience using CRM tools and MS Office.
