**Job Title:** Business Development Executive (BDE)
**Location:** Delhi/NCR
**Experience:** 3–6 Years
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and manage government tender opportunities through GeM and state portals.
* Develop B2B business with construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing companies.
* Generate leads and manage key accounts for HDPE pipes, plastic granules, and related products.
* Handle export inquiries and explore international markets.
* Build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.
* Monitor market trends and support sales with presentations and proposals.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in plastics, polymers, industrial products, or manufacturing.
* Knowledge of government tenders, GeM portal, and procurement processes preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
**Preferred Industry Exposure:**
HDPE Pipes, Plastic Granules, Polymer Products, Industrial Goods, Construction & Infrastructure Projects
