Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be driving business with key accounts, including architects, builders, glass faade consultants, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, airports, educational institutions, and government bodies & B2C clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can open high-value accounts and build long-term partnerships.

Job description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers: architects, facility managers, procurement heads, and sustainability officers.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Drive business expansion by onboarding B2B & B2C clients, Architects, and Interior Designers.
  • Outreach to B2B clients demonstrates the product and do closures.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Required Skills

  • The candidate should be focused and have good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of prior business development experience.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent.
  • A candidate having experience in b2b Sales, time share selling, solution selling, interior project-based product selling etc. will be an additional advantage.
