Role OverviewWe need a hardcore business development operator who can bring freight and warehousing business to Haulistic. You'll be the tip of the spear identifying clients, cracking contracts, and expanding our footprint across industries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new clients for contract logistics, transport, and warehousing.
- Build a pipeline across FMCG, D2C, retail, and industrial segments.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and upsell new services.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and pricing benchmarks.
Requirements- 410 years of experience in 3PL / logistics / freight forwarding sales.
- Proven record of bringing in accounts (minimum 12 Cr annual business).
- Deep industry connects manufacturers, distributors, and brand supply chains.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, street-smart, and ready to hustle.
- Understanding of rate structures, vehicle types, and warehousing operations is a must.
