Business Development Manager Hospitality Technology (GuestEzee)

Location: Open / Travel-based

Salary: 1,00,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Experience: 510 years (Hotel Technology Sales)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in hotel sales and hospitality technology. The ideal candidate must have previously sold OTA platforms, PMS, CRM, or other hotel software solutions and possess strong relationships with hotels across India, UAE, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard hotels for GuestEzee across India, UAE, and European markets
  • Pitch GuestEzee's contactless guest experience solutions to hotel owners, GMs, and senior management
  • Conduct product demonstrations and close hotel partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and go-live
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel groups and individual properties
  • Track sales pipeline, closures, and market feedback
  • Represent GuestEzee at industry events, hotel meetings, and networking forums
Mandatory Requirements
  • Prior experience selling hotel technology solutions (OTA, PMS, CRM, Channel Manager, RMS, POS, or SaaS)
  • Strong hotel industry background with exposure to international hotel markets
  • Existing network of hotels across India, UAE, and Europe
  • Clear understanding of hotel operations and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with hotel chains, boutique hotels, and luxury properties
  • Ability to independently close B2B SaaS deals
  • Exposure to hospitality technology implementation cycles
