Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, market insight, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, startups, and MSMEs
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Present company services and value propositions to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business expansion
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, government schemes, and market dynamics
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Experience in consulting, startups, MSMEs, or government schemes is a plus
