Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and client engagement abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and market research expertise to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in preparing business proposals, presentations, and delivering impactful pitches to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Prior experience in the construction, real estate, or ceramics industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
