Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Goldendays Creations Private Limited in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching goods or services to new clients, maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts, and achieving sales targets. They will also be involved in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Experience in generating leads and meeting sales goals
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
