Job Title: Sales Specialist School Partnerships (EdTech)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive partnerships with K12 schools and universities for our EdTech solutions. The role focuses on institutional sales, relationship management, and closing school-level deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools (CBSE / ICSE / IB / State Boards / International schools)
- Build relationships with Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, and School Management
- Present EdTech solutions to school leadership through meetings, demos, and presentations
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation meetings proposal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation
- Maintain CRM and provide regular sales updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of experience in school-focused EdTech or education sales
- Proven experience selling B2B solutions to schools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand school needs and offer relevant solutions
- Comfortable with field visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
Good to Have
- Existing network of school decision-makers
- Experience with EdTech products, digital platforms, or education services
- Understanding of school academic calendars and procurement cycles
