Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist School Partnerships (EdTech)

Location: Open / Regional

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive partnerships with K12 schools and universities for our EdTech solutions. The role focuses on institutional sales, relationship management, and closing school-level deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach schools (CBSE / ICSE / IB / State Boards / International schools)
  • Build relationships with Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, and School Management
  • Present EdTech solutions to school leadership through meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation meetings proposal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain CRM and provide regular sales updates

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in school-focused EdTech or education sales
  • Proven experience selling B2B solutions to schools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand school needs and offer relevant solutions
  • Comfortable with field visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups

Good to Have

  • Existing network of school decision-makers
  • Experience with EdTech products, digital platforms, or education services
  • Understanding of school academic calendars and procurement cycles
