Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and management teams to oversee the expansion of market presence and improve existing partnerships. This role includes analyzing market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong strategic planning, sales strategy development, and market analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with spirits, beverage, or consumer goods industries is highly desirable
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
