- Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development for East India market
- Generate new leads and convert opportunities for Project management / Cost Management consultancy services
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, consultants, designers, etc. to drive growth across real estate sectors to include Datacenters, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Workspace Interiors, Industrial, Retail, Residential, etc.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and EOI opportunities
- Coordinate and support proposal, PQ, and tender submissions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM, pipeline reports, and market intelligence
- Coordinate internally with delivery and leadership teams
- Qualification & Key Skills:
- 710 years of relevant BD experience in construction consultancy / PMC / real estate advisory
- Strong East India market exposure, preferably West Bengal and North East
- Experience handling tenders, proposals, and PQ documentation
- Existing industry network with developers, consultants, etc. Relationships in government agencies will be added advantage
- Good communication skill written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to other cities as required
