Genetico is building an AI-powered clinical genetics platform that helps clinicians diagnose and manage rare diseases more efficiently. The platform integrates patient data, clinical decision support, and genomics insights to improve diagnostic accuracy and care pathways.

Backed by MeitY, BIRAC, and IIT Mandi, Genetico's platform is already deployed at select Centers of Excellence, with ongoing discussions across leading institutions in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager to drive adoption of Genetico's AI-based clinical decision-support platform for rare diseases across hospitals and research institutions.

This is a consultative, enterprise sales role involving clinicians and hospital leadership, with long sales cycles and high-value institutional partnerships. The role is with frequent travel to key hospital centers across India. Application process at the bottom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales of Genetico's clinical genetics software platform, IndiGeneUs.AI
  • Build pipeline and close partnerships with hospitals, CoEs, and research institutions
  • Engage clinicians and hospital decision-makers; lead product demos
  • Position the platform to improve diagnosis, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and adoption with cross-functional teams

What Success Looks Like (12 months)

  • Onboard leading institutions onto the platform
  • Build a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Achieve revenue and partnership targets
  • Establish Genetico as a trusted partner for digitalization of rare and genetic disease clinics at key tertiary care centers

Preferred Profile

  • 5–8 years in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or health-tech sales
  • Experience in hospital/institutional or enterprise sales
  • Exposure to genomics, diagnostics, or clinical software preferred
  • Comfortable with technology platforms, product demonstrations, and solution selling
  • Strong stakeholder management; consultative selling mindset
