EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) companies, focused on improving road safety standards across India. The company has recently launched its
own helmet brand, aiming to provide high-quality safety gear to riders.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth and market presence of our newly launched helmet brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in
building and scaling Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, along with strong
field sales and social media marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand helmet sales.
- Identify and onboard retail partners, distributors, and dealers.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with potential clients and partners.
- Promote the brand through social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Track sales performance and share regular reports with management.
- Represent the brand in dealer meetings, road safety events, and promotional activities.
Key Requirements
- 35 years of experience in building and scaling a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand.
- Experience in business development, sales, or brand expansion.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and client visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
