Working days: 5.5 (Monday to Friday and Saturday half day)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7PM

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dwarka. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, client engagement, and managing sales pipelines to meet business objectives. You will be required to collaborate with internal teams to create impactful solutions and proposals for prospective clients, as well as maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

• Basic proficiency in business development concepts such as lead generation, sales strategies, and customer engagement.

• Adaptability to on-site work environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant education background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with basic productivity software such as Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
