This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Development Manager - Freight. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and promoting the company's freight services. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in business development, market research, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of logistics and freight services
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
