Proven FOREX / CFD Experience Required
Key Responsibilities
IB Activation & Expansion (Core)
- Source, engage, and onboard new Forex IBs, sub-IBs, and trading communities across India
- Actively convert existing Forex IB relationships into crypto derivatives trading users
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with IBs and trading leaders
Sales Execution & Growth
- Drive new client acquisition, deposits, and trading activity through IB channels
- Support IBs in activating their networks (onboarding traders, guiding first trades)
- Monitor individual IB performance and ensure consistent activity levels
IB Support & Retention
- Assist IBs with commission structures, rebate explanations, and platform onboarding
- Provide continuous support to improve IB productivity and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (CS, Ops, Product) to resolve IB/client issues quickly
Market Presence
- Support and participate in local meetups, seminars, and trading events
- Maintain close proximity to offline trading communities and relationship networks
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years experience in Forex, CFD, or Prop Trading environment
- Existing exposure to IB networks or trading communities in India
- Proven ability to acquire clients, IBs, or trading volume
Strong understanding of:
- IB / affiliate models
- Basic commission & rebate structures
- Retail trader behavior in Forex markets
Nice to Have
- Exposure to crypto derivatives or exchange platforms
- Experience working with offline trading groups or local communities
- Understanding of trading psychology and client lifecycle (onboarding → retention)
