Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) B2B

Location: Gurugram, Sector 32
Company: Avyukta Corporate Solutions
Industry: Interior Designing / Corporate Interiors
Experience: 57 years (Minimum 5 years in B2B sales within Interior Designing industry mandatory)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B sales, specifically within the interior designing, corporate interiors, or workspace design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Avyukta Corporate Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the corporate interiors and workspace designing market.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.

Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Work closely with the design and project teams to prepare customized solutions for clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, contractors, facility heads, and real estate consultants.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Market Research & Strategy

Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the interiors industry.

Recommend sales strategies to increase market share.

Support marketing initiatives and business growth plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

Mandatory experience in B2B sales within the interior designing/corporate interiors industry.

Strong understanding of corporate office interiors, fit-outs, modular furniture, and workspace solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-site (Gurugram, Sector 32) and for the South Region.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
