About the Role:
Flipkart Commerce Cloud (FCC) is seeking a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline generation across the Middle East region. The role requires strong B2B SaaS prospecting experience and an understanding of the rapidly evolving digital commerce ecosystem in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute outbound business development campaigns targeting retailers, marketplaces, brands, and commerce organizations.
• Build qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and account-based engagement. • Engage senior stakeholders including Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Marketing, Retail Media, Merchandising, and Technology leaders.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to drive opportunity creation.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting discipline. • Stay informed on regional retail technology trends and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or inside sales.
• Experience prospecting into Middle East markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling into retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital commerce organizations.
• Knowledge of Retail Media, AdTech, Pricing Intelligence, Commerce Platforms, or MarTech.
• Understanding of business culture and buying dynamics across GCC markets.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
