Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the flight case manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of flight case products, market trends, and client acquisition strategies, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities globally in the flight case industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and customized solutions.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client needs and timelines.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives of the company.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in flight case manufacturing sales or business development.
Strong market understanding (India and international).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent operation.
