Build and scale a high-performing global sales team driving revenue across international markets — ideal for leaders who thrive in high-growth environments, love building teams, and want direct ownership of business growth.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and scale outbound sales teams focused on SME customers across international markets.

What You'll Do

  • Build, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team focused on SME customers across global markets.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, onboarding, and activation.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and improve key sales metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and revenue outcomes.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes that improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Create sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, objection-handling strategies, and closing methodologies.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance management activities.
  • Review sales calls, perform win-loss analysis, and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and leadership stakeholders across multiple international markets.
  • Partner with GTM, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM systems, AI-powered sales tools, automation platforms, and analytics to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or revenue-focused roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Experience building, hiring, coaching, and scaling successful sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales operations, and revenue management.
  • Experience working with international customers and managing teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and sales enablement technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, performance-oriented environments.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial technology, or software businesses is highly desirable.
  • Flexible to support different international regions including Americas, EMEA, and ANZ.
