Business Development Manager

We are hiring professionals with experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, fintech sales, account management, growth sales, international sales, or enterprise sales environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development, client acquisition, sales pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives across global markets

• Collaborate with sales, growth, operations, product, marketing, and cross-functional teams on customer engagement and business expansion activities

• Support lead generation, sales qualification, negotiations, onboarding, account growth, and relationship management initiatives

• Contribute to sales process improvement, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and GTM execution activities

• Participate in customer meetings, sales strategy discussions, market expansion, and business growth initiatives

Eligibility:

• 3–10 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, fintech sales, account management, growth sales, enterprise sales, or customer acquisition preferred

• Experience with CRM platforms, outbound sales, pipeline management, sales automation, international sales, or SaaS/fintech environments preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Work Model: Remote
