Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in high-risk merchants and payment gateway solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding merchant portfolio, and building strategic partnerships within the payments ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard high-risk merchants (Forex, Gaming, Crypto, Nutra, etc.)
  • Develop and manage relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs, and processors
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain strong pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Expand cross-border partnerships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in payment gateways / PSP / fintech
  • Strong exposure to high-risk merchant onboarding
  • Knowledge of chargebacks, fraud management, MID structuring
  • Understanding of global acquiring and cross-border settlements
  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
