We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in high-risk merchants and payment gateway solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding merchant portfolio, and building strategic partnerships within the payments ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-risk merchants (Forex, Gaming, Crypto, Nutra, etc.)
- Develop and manage relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs, and processors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain strong pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Expand cross-border partnerships
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in payment gateways / PSP / fintech
- Strong exposure to high-risk merchant onboarding
- Knowledge of chargebacks, fraud management, MID structuring
- Understanding of global acquiring and cross-border settlements
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
