THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Manager – Business Development & Projects to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering projects that align with our mission of revolutionising Indian agriculture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive networking, outreach, and client engagement.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients across agribusiness, retail, and allied sectors.

• Understand client requirements in depth and present tailored solutions using Farmcult's products and services.

• Lead end-to-end project management — from scoping and planning to execution and client handover — ensuring timely, quality delivery.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

• Track and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles; agritech or agriculture sector exposure is a strong plus.

Full-time Chandigarh

■6 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

1–3 Yrs Experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills — comfortable both on field visits and in executive meetings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and drive them to successful completion. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a performance-linked compensation structure. • Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
