Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in the Mohali district for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, conducting market research, and formulating strategies for business growth. The successful candidate will also work on preparing and delivering engaging presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
  • Sales experience, contract management, and the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Results-driven mindset, time management skills, and ability to work independently
