Business Development Manager

We're seeking experienced Candidates for the Role of Business Partner Manager to join our startup venture in Recruitment and HR, focusing on Business Development and permanent hiring in the UAE (Dubai).

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development (New Client Acquisition + Existing Client Engagement ) and growth through strong market connections in UAE (Dubai, Saudi Arabia, RAK)

- Lead permanent hiring initiatives for mid to leadership profiles

- Utilize established connects in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, RAK to expand our network

Requirements:

- Proven experience in permanent hiring recruitment (mid to leadership profiles) and Client Acquisition.

- Strong background in the following industries:

- Industrial Engineering

- Manufacturing

- Real Estate

- Pharmaceutical (manufacturing side)

- Established network and connections in Dubai

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5- 8 years prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
