Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Manager Business Development & Delivery who can drive new business acquisition while also owning client delivery and relationship management. The role requires a strong balance of sales hunting, account management, and recruitment delivery oversight to ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial discussions
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Reactivate dormant clients and scale existing accounts to drive maximum billing
Client & Account Management
- Act as a single point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce plans, and delivery expectations
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions aligned with client business goals
- Track account performance, billing, and pipeline health
Delivery & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality closures
- Monitor delivery performance, turnaround time, and candidate quality
- Support recruiters with requirement briefings, priority setting, and escalation handling
- Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent delivery and communication
- Drive process improvements across BD and delivery functions
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Delivery Leadership
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure
- Ability to handle objections and complex client discussions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
