The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading the business development strategy. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, handling negotiations, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, market research, and outreach.
  • Identify client requirements and present tailored business solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee and guide the BDE team for lead generation and conversions.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams.
  • Maintain updated records using CRM and reporting tools.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and close big deals.
  • Excellent presentation and email drafting skills.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or MBA preferred.
  • 25+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in managing a team is an added advantage.
