Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic business plans. Day-to-day tasks include market research, attending industry events, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align on business goals and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Market research and Business planning skills
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience in proposal writing and contract negotiation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the design or consultancy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
