Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Microsoft products and solutions. The role involves driving new business, managing enterprise and mid-market accounts, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Microsoft offerings including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Microsoft solutions including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Business Central, CRM)
- Microsoft Azure (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security)
- Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Migration, Managed Services)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate)
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospects and existing customers
- Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to propose the right solutions
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Stay updated on Microsoft product updates, licensing, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Microsoft and channel partners for joint opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT / Software / Cloud sales
- Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions (Dynamics, Azure, M365)
- Strong exposure to field sales and client-facing roles
- Ability to conduct on-site meetings and travel as required
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Leaders
- Experience working with Microsoft Partners / ISVs (preferred)
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
