Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Microsoft products and solutions. The role involves driving new business, managing enterprise and mid-market accounts, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Microsoft offerings including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for Microsoft solutions including:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Business Central, CRM)
  • Microsoft Azure (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security)
  • Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Migration, Managed Services)
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate)
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet prospects and existing customers
  • Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos
  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to propose the right solutions
  • Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product updates, licensing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and channel partners for joint opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT / Software / Cloud sales
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions (Dynamics, Azure, M365)
  • Strong exposure to field sales and client-facing roles
  • Ability to conduct on-site meetings and travel as required
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
  • Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Leaders
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners / ISVs (preferred)
  • Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
