Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the EPC Solar Industry, based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include creating and delivering impactful presentations, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to expand business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
• Experience in the solar energy or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
