About the Role:

EPACK PREFAB is looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to drive business growth for our Continuous Insulated Sandwich Panels business across multiple locations in India.

If you have experience in Insulated Sandwich Panels, Industrial Products, Building Materials, Cold Chain, or Cleanroom Solutions industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic business opportunities across industrial and commercial projects.
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, developers, and end customers.
• Drive product specifications and consultant approvals.
• Generate project leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Conduct technical presentations and commercial discussions.
• Lead techno-commercial negotiations.
• Maintain project pipelines and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with technical, design, operations, and commercial teams.

We're Looking For:

• 10–12 years of B2B or project sales experience.
• Exposure to Building Materials, HVAC, Cleanroom, Insulation, Architectural Products, Industrial Construction, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in specification and consultant-driven sales.
