Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Global Sales

Company: Ensoft Bangalore

Location: Bangalore - Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Experience: 1011 Years (5+ years in International Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive global sales growth and expand our international presence. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion
  • Handle enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance)
  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 1011 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Minimum 5+ years in international or global sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large deals
  • Strong experience in client handling and account management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (3050%)
  • Ability to work across different time zones
