Energi Bharat is expanding its EV charging network across MP, and we are looking for a dynamic, travel-ready professional to lead installations and network growth.

Location: Bhopal

Experience: 37 years

Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & onboard priority EV charger locations
  • Drive sales & installation execution
  • Travel extensively across MP (2022 days/month)
  • Ensure charger uptime & coordinate maintenance
  • Build relationships with restaurants, malls & fuel pumps

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Background in EV/solar/infra/technical sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Industry Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Strategic Thinking, Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
