Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning & Execution:
  • Utilize available CRM tools for account planning and execution.
  • Manage the enquiry pipeline, booking forecasts, and generate new opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Track and review the performance of channel partners monthly and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent order bookings.
  • Channel Management & Development:
  • Track dealers inventory levels, including spare parts, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing channel partners and appoint new ones after proper territory mapping.
  • Develop, expand, and sustain strategic relationships with customers.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-revenue customers.
  • Act as the primary liaison to understand customer needs, drive satisfaction, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations & Proposals:
  • Regularly conduct product demo and trial sessions to promote the company's products.
  • Understand customer requirements and submit tailored techno-commercial proposals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work with internal teams (sales support, customer experience, project management) to meet customer expectations.
  • Explore new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers and evaluating their positions in the industry.
  • Market and Competition Analysis:
  • Collect information about competitors initiatives and work with internal stakeholders to counter competition.
  • Resolve customer issues to enhance their satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Account Receivables & Customer Satisfaction:
  • Support in managing account receivables and ensure payment collections.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
