Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The position is located in Surat, but some work from home is acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
