Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, planning and executing business strategies, negotiating deals, presenting solutions to potential clients, and analyzing market trends to improve business performance. Collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Key Account Management
• Proven ability in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Mohali and travel for business as necessary
