Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Edutech) based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include networking with potential partners, managing and expanding the organization's client base, developing effective business development strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of sales initiatives to achieve targets. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with organizational goals.

  • Proven experience in building strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships
  • Knowledge of the education and edtech industries and key trends impacting them
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Experience working in an edtech or clinical research education-focused organization is a plus
